I specifically came here to write a review about Hannah. SHE IS AMAZING! Her costumer service skills are simply perfect.
Her employer has to be happy to have such a hard worker team member.
I went to my local Costco to get my sunglasses fixed (a screw had popped off and over the past 25 years, they fix it no question)..and they told me to go to a Sunglass Hut. I went to the kiosk at Tacoma Mall and Maria helped me. She tried her hardest to see if she had a screw to fix my sunglasses. none fit properly as there was an extra padding, almost like a washer, that she did not have.
I'm giving MARIA 5 stars because of the PRISTINE customer service she provided me. She took the time to try and solve my issue and when she couldn't help, she gave me suggestions on what to do next. Next time I think of anything needing to do with sunglasses, I will ALWAYS think or MARIA AT THE SUNGLASS HUT KIOSK AT TACOMA MALL!
Sunglass hut, this sales rep of yours DESERVES A RAISE! Its hard to find PRISTINE customer service like that nowadays.
Update 22 May 22: There is way to much inconsistency in policies and procedures at the Seattle location and the Tacoma location. I don’t want to focus on what the actual issue is, but will say that every employee we have interacted with while purchasing Prada glasses, has given us different information in regards to there insurance policy. Also, it’s not clear that if you purchase the insurance, it’s a 1 time use even if you use it before the 1 year expired. My other issue is that depending on which location you go to, the quality of the product changes. At the Bellevue location you get a nice padded glasses case, cleaning cloth and a Prada booklet with serial number. The Seattle and Tacoma location you get a case and bad information. My honest opinion, go to the Prada store or whatever retailer you choose to wear, go to them. The product is warranted better and you are guaranteed to get clearer information. To end on a positive note, Sunglass Hut is convenient. +++++++++ Thank you Scott for helping my wife find the best pair of glasses she’s had in a very long time. You were very professional and multiple task very well my friend. I appreciate how you were able to give great service to both my wife and the other family without compromising your customer service. Let me not forget to mention you took the time to assist us with our I.D me account, saving us some money. I appreciate that. Lastly, you have great integrity and cool vibes.
