I am so glad that Sunrise Nutrition exists. It is very rare to find a practice so committed to helping folks find peace in their bodies and with food. I know that Sunrise has so much to offer folks in the way of healing from eating disorders and from trauma. Having a clinical director who is both a nutritionist and therapist really shapes the care that clients receive at Sunrise. I refer to Sunrise often and recommend them to anyone who is looking to improve their relationship with food and body!

Mindy Lu and her team at Sunrise are my go-to referral source for disordered eating and nutritional needs. Mindy is very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, and thorough in ensuring her clients receive the best care possible. Cannot recommend this practice enough!
