Sunrun Solar

Do NOT use SunRun! Their sales representative flat out lied about the terms of the contract, what he sold us was not what we got. In addition, I had to have some panels removed to have work done on the roof. The sales rep told me this would be no problem, but I have been waiting for 2 months to get someone to come reinstall them, and I still don’t have an appointment. I have spent countless hours waiting for someone to answer the phone, and if someone ever does, they can’t help because they don’t cover my region. I’ve emailed the customer service address and received a response that the email account is no longer monitored. I have called and emailed my alleged representative and the phone number is disconnected. Meanwhile, they are still charging me for a service I am not getting! There are so many solar companies out there, and I deeply regret choosing this one.

Update: it has now been 4 months, and my panels are still sitting in my backyard, and I have no idea if or when Sunrun will ever reinstall them. I have called and emailed every possible contact I can find. This is a nightmare.

Very friendly, informative. Felt no sale pressure from him, which is a huge plus for me personally. Did what he said he would do, explained everything in detail. Very good experience, I highly recommend working with Bill Liddawi!

So professional and smooth it’s crazy good. My sales rep was courteous and polite and guided me through the entire process. The installation crew could not have been more accommodating. Looking forward to just getting the system turned on now, but my experience has been wonderful.
