If I could give this place zero I would . It took them 4 months to give us my mother's ashes. We never got the death certificates who doesn't mail them certified? Who cares if my dad is in the same city. There is no record of u even mailing them that's why it's important to mail government documents certified so it gets to the right place...and the best u can do is offer us to order new ones that we have to pay for a refund will do better that we we can take our $100 dollars and order them elsewhere and get them certified.

Thank you for Everything!! It was a very sad time for me and my family, but Sunset Hills Mortuary stepped right in and took away all Our concerns and planned the entire Service of Our Love One; Beautifully!!! My Beloved Brother homegoing was beautiful, honorable and respectful. The Coordinator Danielle did an excellent job, she went above and beyond for my Family!! I am forever grateful to Sunset Hills, Danielle and your caring staff... A Big thank you from my Family and myself. May God bless you, Amen.
