I buy a lot of glue for miniature modeling and had an issue with a bottle of Zap-A-Gap at a consumer level. I received 0 help from this corporation. After multiple submissions to their online customer help form and through their phone line across about a 6-week period, I gave up seeking help from them. I never received a reply to my emails nor managed to get a human being on the phone. I'll buy my glue elsewhere. Terrible customer service
