Had a really bad experience w all employees including the manager. Manager (NICK) was not a great example to his employees as when I asked for help they all stared at each other. After an awkward moment NICK (MANAGER) went to the back office and returned w an energy that I could sense he just wanted me out. He tells me rudely to place my watch on the desk as well as my phone. I asked him politely to ask in a better mood or conversation. He laughed and said “ALRIGHT YOUR NO LONGER W T-MOBILE, NON OF THE EMPLOYEES WILL HELP YOU OUT AND DISSMISS YOURSELF FROM THE STORE OR I WILL CALL THE COPS!” I was shooken. Forced to deal w cops due to a MANAGER AND EMPLOYEES. Not just that but I was on the customer service phone line and my calls were being dropped because employees AND MANAGER NICK were dropping my call on purpose. Law enforcement was very respectful and understood my situation. Later time a person who records for social media asked politely what happened ASKING MANAGER NICK. Unfortunately NICK (MANAGER) started another argument to the point where cops later came to apologize to me THIS POST IS NOT TO EMBARRASS NO ONE BUT FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SERVICE SOMEONE UNFAIRLY SPECIALLY IF YOUR A MANAGER AND WORK IN SALES. Very ashamed I placed a report/complaint on 3970 BROAD STREET-SUITE 5 (T-Mobile) SAN LUIS OBISPO CALIFORNIA 93401, for all employees and DEMANDING FOR MANAGER NICK TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. Spent 900 on an Apple Watch ultra where instead of them helping w the line they added me a new bill/phone. PLEASE DONT COME TO THIS STORE!! DUE YOURSELF THAT FAVOR GUYS WE DESERVE GREAT SERVICE because we pay for it!! To all his employees who read this, DONT BE A NICK!! People in his position don’t last that long. Living life is about being humble and appreciating each others presence and if you can’t do that don’t work in SALES!! ONCE AGAIN IM DEMANDING AND I WILL FOLLOW UP W CORPORATE TO FIRE NICK (MANAGER)

Horrible experience! My family and I are on a tight budget. We could only afford 120.00 a month. Tony was the guy who told us our service would be 120.00 a month. I don’t know if he was in training but he messed up a lot. And the store manager (female) has a different name. Was standing close by helping him out. My husband and I completely got taken advantage of. Our first bill came and it was 170.00. I called right away to talk to the store manager (she was rude). She said she would credit our account and then our plan the next month would be the correct amount. I have had to call every month for her to make ajustements to our account. We are done! Don’t trust what they say. They seem super nice, but only care about the money. Oh, and the whole free Nextflix’s, Tony set up in the store for us, it has never worked.

I went in last week to look for a new phone and didn't really know what I wanted to get, but thanks to one of the t-mobile representatives named Selena I was able to get just what I wanted. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and had great customer service. Due to this experience I will definitely come back for my next phone.
