My wife went there to get a screen protector changed that was under warranty but the people in there would not honor the corporate warranty. She called them from another store. When they answer they put her on hold and we decided to drive over there. She was still on hold, and the two people working there were just standing With no customers but the phone was still on hold when she went in and she asked to replace the screen that was under warranty. They said they could not do that. She had to go to another place to get it, And she asked to talk to a manager they said that manager just stepped out But when she said she was gonna call customer service, the manager just happened to walk room and he would not replace it But it had a warranty, so we called customer service and they told us he was wrong she asked for his name, but would not give it

I was at the South Hill Mall T-Mobile store this morning and received amazing help from Lizette! She not only set up the app service on my cell phone, but also got my tracker to be recognized and synched with my phone. She had so much patience and was very respectful. Thank you so much, Lizette.
