Very rude and unprofessional staff. They refused to process a warrenty exchange that customer care sent to them for me to simply pickup. Then refused to speak to the Tmobile customer care representative who asked me to go back since they also don't answer phone calls. I will NEVER use this store again and urge others to not as well. Sleater Kinney is a Coorp ran store and abide by Tmobile standards.

Went in for a tempered glass screen and Noah was able to help my girlfriend and I get a good one picked out and even installed it for us! He did a perfect job on the install, and was very friendly. Couldn't ask for better service!

T-mobile is just horrible. I understand the location itself is not to blame, they were always unable to help and referred me to the corporate line. Service is garbage and they kept tacking on random miscellaneous fees that they couldn't explain. Upon complaint after complaint they credited my acct. THEN removed the credit when my bill was due. Worst service experience ever!!!
