Hunter did a great job. He had a very disgruntled and angry older gentleman that was a customer also and he was very respectful and very stern in his words of telling the gentleman that he had to wait for the cash system to turn back on to take a cash payment, The older gentleman wanted nothing to do with him and said you are Verizon. I am going to take it out on you and then he had enough and decided to talk to me about how bad the customer service was. I told him to mind his business and Hunter jumped in very professionally and asked him to leave, and to not confront other customers with his issues. Hunter had great customer service helped me pick out a great case and showed me how to put it on my phone kudos to him for keeping a calm head and persevering through a tough situation

I thought this location was better than the one on Civic but
They both aren't great. They are very helpful but they fail to honestly tell you what everything costs. They mislead you. For instance my next bill was quoted at 180 because of some activation fees. When I got the bill it was 240. I told them about 5 times on 3 differant times I went in I didn't want the netflix or Disney bundle but it was still on my bill.
They signed me up for more storage on cloud without telling me and I was quoted $5 dollars a month for the watch when it's
$11.95 luckily I was able to contact Verizon customer service and they fixed everything except the subscription for the watch. Beware of what they tell you. It's probably incorrect. Next time I will do everything online

Paul was awesome assisting me over several hurdles. I now understand my bill better and have two new phones. He was even kind enough to offer his assistance should we have any questions later. I love my Google pixel 4 and dad loves the enhanced speaker on his LG, something Paul pointed out to help his hear impaired.
