This reseller is completely incompetent. Did not tell me there was a data cap on the 5G internet service (support confirmed unlimited is not available at my address) so service stopped after four days. I would not have ported my phone number and signed up for this service had I known.
Couldn't return the router to them and had to print a return label any drop off at UPS.
Here's hoping that dealing with an actual T-Mobile company location would be more positive... Drive past this place!
