Well I finally was getting around to purchasing a new phone since it's been several years for me now,thought it was about time. Walked in here to look around and do some comparative shopping.A black dude with a standoffish demeanor asked me if I needed help and then swiftly walked away. I was deciding on which phone, when I

walked back over to the black man who was now on his computer and seemed preoccupied . When I asked a few simple questions he seemed dismissive and less than thrilled to shift his attention from his laptop to me. Guess they don't work on commission there as he was less than helpful. I left the store feeling bewildered as to why these people are in customer service I will never understand.
