Went in today with my wife to pick up my mother in law’s replacement phone and was helped by a rep that resembled Bryce Dallas Howard’s little sister. She was pretty cool. Great personality and was patient during the whole phone transfer. In my opinion, she made the whole experience worth it 👏🏾👏🏾

Before going to the store, I called to confirm some information. Unfortunately, they provided inaccurate information just to bring me into the store. Note to self: the manager or whoever is in charge seems to forget things quickly. It's best to avoid this store. I'm relieved that I didn't make a purchase there.
