Remember this name “Jason” if you get service by this representative expect a negligent, poor and rude customer service. He provided service to me twice, with him I have experienced the worst service ever, his incompetence cost me money and time. I felt discriminated against because I am Latino and my English is not perfect. I want to let that clear that I personally believe that is why I was treated like that. Jason or “Mr, Black” how he identified himself, in order to deter me from filling a complaint failed to provide a satisfactory service doing what he wanted, with a horrible attitude towards me. And he refused to provide service to me a when I approached him for a third time. I really hope he gets some kind of disciplinary action and training. Jason is such a shame that you treat people like you do. I hope you change your attitude and put effort in to your work. Your incompetence makes costumers lose their time, money and trust.
