Today, we arrived at 7:30pm to the store to get a new phone for my mom as a surprise for her birthday, but it seemed they were too tired to help me. At first, Antonio said he could sell me the phone but cannot help me transfering the info from the old phone to new one because it was late. I said, ok not problem, I can do that. Then he stated I must have the old phone with me in order to proceed with the purchase. I replied why? I have done several trade-ins in the past and I usually send the old phone days later after the purchase, again it's a surprise for my mom, the phone is in good condition I just dont want to ask her for her old phone before giving her the new one. He talked to the manager, a lady who is pregnant and she stated it wasnt possible I did previous trade-ins without leaving the old phone the same day. They treated me like I was lying so I got little upset and Alberto just asked me, my wife and daughter to leave the store. I didn't undertstand what was going on cuz I wasn't rude at any moment I just wanted to buy a phone and they didnt give me any help or even an option. I told Antonio, hey brother I have been a tmobile costumer for years, you should be more nice and respectful. He just didn't care and asked us again to leave the store several times feeling like a badass guy. If a general or a regional manager read this and dont believe my story, just check the videos and you will see. Worst experience at a tmobile store ever, not coming back👎

I went in today to do an upgrade with my wife and kids and had a phenomenal experience with the sales representative Antonio. He was very knowledgeable with the promotions and kind. Thank you T-Mobile and Antonio for the great service!

I came in with a disabled family member to check out phone line options with T-Mobile. Upon entering the store we were approached by Cesar who stopped us at the door after entering with a family member who is in a wheelchair. We wanted to look at phone options and the employee Cesar was very rude. He had a condescending tone and attitude. When I asked why there is not a button for handicap access he said, “I don’t know! You can go ahead and call corporate!”.
I do not recommend doing business here as they appear to Judge a book by its cover. If anything go to the corporate store on E. Capitol Expwy.
