I have been use T-Mobile for over 7 years. The customer service is very good. However the network Qulity was questionable. I often have very slow network for cellular data. Also I often can’t receive phone calls. Even when I had technical problems called them. Several times when I called with tech issues, I need them to call me back . The call directly went to the voicemail and not even ring on my phone. Also the tech support service person didn’t leave. So I didn’t get phone call back as technical team promise me to call me back.

The rep Alejandra was so knowledgeable and sweet. Also, manager Mayra made sure we left happy and was very informal on all of the deals and warranties. I’m always breaking my phone 😂 so they both took care of me and helped me so much.

I had a very good experience at this T-Mobile location, Felix was the one who helped me but everyone at that location were very nice and patient, especially Felix he had helped me out a lot that day, they made the process smooth and quick. I recommend this tmobile location, they are really good but they do get busy and I recommend people be patient with them as they are working really hard.
