I wrote a review earlier on the 36th Street T-Mobile location; I won’t go into it again but suffice to say it was a nightmare. Two and a half months later, I still had unresolved issues with billing and promotions so today I went to the West Bakerview Road T-Mobile location. I’m very glad I did.
The store manager, Aaron, was incredibly helpful and resolved every single issue; Stacyjean (her prior experience in Customer Care was invaluable) and Michael were also great. They were each professional, attentive and knowledgeable – if you want great service, I highly recommend the West Bakerview location.
Store refused to help with a change of responsibility, stating only Customer Care does it when their C2 docs clearly state they can and should not refer to Customer Care.
I'm sorry it doesn't give them much of a commission, but don't give the run around and lie to your clients, especially when they're former T-Mobile and know the current policy. The company is becoming more like Sprint each day, the company that was bleeding to death before the merger.
