Multiple employees stood around near the closest station to the door, and we did not get greeted. Figured maybe they were having a quick meeting. Was turning in a device from a recent upgrade and had planned to upgrade another line on my 4 line account. A male employee finally asked what kind of help we needed and then told a female employee to help us and walked away without saying a word. I usually call and get great local customer service, not anymore since merging with sprint and these store employees sucked at customer service. I've been with t-mobile since voicestream. After 20 years with a company, I should not be so annoyed that we skipped getting a new device and left.

Not impressed. The coordinator was great, but the tech she set me up with acted as if the job was beneath him and that he definitely did want want to be there. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but I could tell that the gal who took me to the tech was a bit uneasy at his behavior..
