I had the worst day of my life when I had my phone and wallet stolen. I struggled to get the help I needed with tech support but I was directed to bellis fair tmoblie where I was helped by an amazing manager name Caitlin. Not only did she resolve my issues, she was able to replace my phone, and even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was okay. Her customer service skills and kind nature really turned my day around and made the process a breeze. Thank you Caitlin! You are a rockstar!!

Still trying to charge me $10 to pause home internet to “hold my place in my area”. Why are you charging me for something I’m not using?! Do better
