This T-Mobile is amazing! So professional and helped me out with all my phone issues! Even got me set up with amazing super fast home Internet for half the price I was paying at Comcast!

Internet on phone has been sluggish since arriving in Woodland a couple days ago. Worried they would oversell cell home Internet.

Today we went into the Woodland T-Mobile store, and was greeted by Brennen/Brenden. He was getting off work, so he introduced us to Topher. Topher helped us get my mother-in-law setup with a pre-paid phone. She was with Total Wireless until today. She was able to get a cheaper plan with T-Mobile. Topher, told us we could use her old phone, but we decided to get her a newer phone (she still wanted a simple basic flip phone like her old one). Topher, moved all her contacts, photos, and wallpaper over to the new phone for us. I had a few questions later, and called and spoke with both Zach & Topher, (I ended up calling twice) both were very helpful, and helped me with all my questions. We have been with T-mobile now for 1-1/2 years! It is so nice having a T-mobile store in Woodland now! We will be going to the Woodland Store for now on…they all are very friendly and helpful! :-)
