All the staff were very busy with lots of customers, yet they were very friendly & helpful. I needed a new Sims chip, the lady just said no problem and took care of it quickly & I was outta there. I was a bit impressed.

I had excellent service. Thegentleman answered my questions and gave me additional info that helped me make sound decisions about my phone and service. He was very professional, patient, and instructive. If I need any help in the future, I will return to this store.

The wait time was absolutely awful. They sure helped me pay my bill. But "couldnt" help me with anything else. No need to respond to this review as I have officially stepped away from tmobile and will never (after 5+ yrs) come back
