The young man, was rushing me and My Son, because it was New Year's Day. Anyway I got my Son an phone and I chose not to get one for myself. I wanted to get out the store didn't like the young man's service. I'll just order myself a phone online even though the store is in my neighborhood. I won't be going in there anytime soon. I normally make all my purchases at this location. Anyway I won't be going back anytime soon.

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable, much better than another TMO store I used to go to.

Turns out you can't pick phones up when looking at them. My bad. I apologized three times but the attitude from all three employees wasn't warranted. Customers walked in after us and they helped them first.
