I had the best experience ever and it's all thanks to Alex. When I walked in the store he treated me as if I were family and not just some other customer. I walked in with verizon and left with tmobile. Alex made switching over so easy and stress free. He also took the time to help me find a phone and even a tablet for my daughters. if you ever vist this store make sure to look up Alex if you want the best customer service.

I dealt with this site on a couple of occasion and had mixed reviews to be honest. Kathy "Kat" Perez Diego Josh and even the district manager were very helpful in a difficult time. Kat please continue your great customer service. You are the reason that I'm giving this site a good review. A happy customer is key to your business thriving. Kathy you deserve a Starbucks gift card.

Jaime Gonzalez was amazing!! He was so kind and more importantly his energy was exactly what I needed! I was with Jaime at the store for 2 hours and all my issues were resolved. He made me feel comfortable and safe. He even offered to give me his work info so I can reach out to him at anytime! Thank you Jaime! You rock :)
