Helpful, friendly staff. The gentleman who sold me my new phone answered my questions and asked whether I wanted to make payments or pay up front. He asked if I needed any accessories with being pushy about it. (There used to be another location in YV but they didn't check any of those boxes.)

Jacqueline, the store manager helped me out this morning and she was great! I wanted to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and get a new phone. She made it very easy and the transition was smooth. I’ve had bad experiences at the Verizon store in Yucca so I was pleased with my experience at this T-Mobile location. Thank you Jacqueline!
