I walked in and wanted to order at the front counter, I was ignored for about 5 minutes so then I waived someone down in the kitchen, the longer haired kid in the back said they ONLY take orders by kiosk. I explained i'd rather not order at the kiosk as it's covered in other people's germs also I'm not a taco bell employee - I shouldn't have to fumble through a complicated kiosk to order my food. He kinda had an attitude like he couldn't be bothered to place my order himself and then just walked away which was incredibly poor customer service. It seems there is a lot of that mentality in this town everywhere I visit, but at this Taco Bell it was the most blatant disregard for customer service I've seen so far.
I left without ordering for obvious reasons and don't recommend anyone use this establishment unless you like being treated poorly as a customer. I counted at least four employees there which should be more than enough to staff the kitchen, the drive thru and the front counter especially when there was only two cars in the drive thru and two customers in the dining area.
The owner of this location would be wise to correct this behavior in the employees quickly or you will find yourself out of business quick.
