The inspection I didn’t need. Will save me so much of my own time and energy. It was an unexpected value I wouldn’t have purchased.

I’ve flipped houses and fixed lived in and remodeled so frequently, I thought I’d skip this one. When the time came I’d forgotten which was which inspection I said yes.

On receipt I read through a shopping list of repairs I could prioritize the entire list without being in the weather or getting distracted.

Knowing the ductwork under the house was infested by a family is something you should address before moving day.

Even though my plans are a complete renovation of the exterior and roof eliminating as much as 80% of the work is addressed. The other 20% is listed here in a way I don’t have to stress as much.

Honestly I was buying it for the land, I thought the house was kind of a loss. I was wrong the house is more valuable than I thought and I have a priorities list I can follow as starting point.

Thank you so much, for the inspection I thought I didn’t need. It was well worth it.
