Went in for my first guitar set up and was not disappointed! I never felt overwhelmed or pressured, which was something I was worried about. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, store had good vibes! I’ll definitely be coming back for upgrades in the future(:

Tapestry is a real store competing with the likes of Amazon. I bought a French horn case from them. They added $25 extra for shopping a large package across the county, and still the price was better. Customer service was prompt, personal and friendly. Package tracking was easy, but I would prefer that they send a bulky item with a signature required so it doesn’t sit on my porch and invite theft. The case arrived without incident. It is a known brand name (Protec) and to my delight it is even better than I expected. I would buy from Tapestry again!

Tapestry Music -White Rock: The staff is really friendly. If you leave any questions, they will reply via text which was very convenient and they provide advice when choosing an instrument. When I ordered a musical instrument, I ordered the book a little late separately, but they delivered it to my house right before the holidays. It seemed like they put a lot of care into it. I appreciated that.
