Repairs are incredibly delayed, poor communication. The horn we were waiting on was in their shop for a month before they even started working on it. Failed to keep deadline promises three times. Never go here for an instrument repair.

I took my second hand guitar in to get strings replaced and it was returned to me with deep chips in the paint and scrapes all over. It was in practically mint condition when I dropped it off. When I brought the issue up to them at pick up they took no accountability and tried to shift blame as if I didn’t know what my guitar looked like prior to dropping it off. I tried to get in contact with anyone who can take responsibility for the damage to no avail. Needless to say I’m never stepping foot in this place again and I would suggest anyone who cares for their instruments not to rely on this places

Always satisfied when I shop local at Ted Brown. The welcoming vibes and knowledge are immense withen these walls. The professionalism and service are what sets them apart and makes the shopping experience here effortless no matter how novice. Thank you to the staff for always being so helpful and patient to this father/daughter trying to understand the violin.
