I was helped by a woman named Kathy who is hearing impaired. She was so helpful. She just kept looking for a product even though it wasn't on the shelf. She looked through boxes and tried to help me. So nice!

Went to pharmacy on Saturday August 3rd To pick up a prescription and I was told that it was on hold and it couldn't be filled because they were out of stock. After I left she supposedly cancelled the prescription. I went there today Monday August 5th to check and prescription and I was told she cancelled the prescription and It cannot be filled. A new prescription had to be sent to another pharmacy from the hospital.
