UNBELIEVABLE! I pay full price for what I thought was a BRAND NEW VACUUM CLEANER FROM HERE and was so excited to bring it home and take it out and try it out and come to find out I get a USED VACUUM CLEANER WITH SOMEBODY ELSES DEBRIS AND DIRT IN THE FUNNEL ALREADY and the entire box is disassembled and cords are everywhere. I feel completely CHEATED! Why would I pay full price for a used vacuum cleaner from what I thought was a reputable and clean store!? How disgusting!!!!!

Tells people to check out at closing. Lines 15 people long - they act surprised that there is a rush at 10:00 pm. No one comes to help, GSTLs just shrug. Worst part is they have people dedicated to closing down registers just watching the mayhem.

Cashier at the self checkout was super pushy and insistent that she scan my items for me. I said no multiple times, but she kept scanning. It made me super uncomfortable, I went self checkout for a reason.
