Task Property Management has been managing my property in Santa Rosa for a very long time. About fifteen years ago, Task acquired the clients of a retiring property manager, and that included me. I had two properties at the time, and after a while, Task elected to take on only one of them (one was a normal, two-unit place, while the other was a relic in trouble). At the time, I was upset because we were in the middle of a huge mess, but I now understand that they would rather excel on properties that are their core strength.
Since that time, it has been totally smooth sailing. They have kept the one long-term client happy for all of these years, and have managed to find good, long-term people for the other unit. In all of these years, there has not been a single unpleasant surprise, and they have always been extremely professional and courteous in all that they do.
