They are rude, and they ignore repair requests. Not sure how much is them, how much is our landlord. Either way, I have yet to have a good experience :(

dont waste your time and money with these people their repairs and customer services is just terrible.They'll send crackheads and drunks to do their repairs.We had a guy come do a repair at our house with his tools being pushed in a old baby stroller smh "dont rent" run from these people!!!!!
