Garage door was nearly ripped off and buckled by being caught while motor was running. They had it repaired within an hour, and saved me the expense of a new door!!

If I could give them NO STARS I would. They represented themselves as a local company, which they are not. I asked them for their address since they said they didn't have an address in Gig Harbor and they indicated they were a 'mobile company' and did not have an address. They came out to fix the button on the wall to my garage door opener and charged me $455, and it still didn't work when the technician left. Both the technician and the person who answered the phones spoke VERY broken english and were difficult to understand. I have filed a claim with my credit card company to get my money back.

Dennis was prompt and knowledgeable when discussing our garage door replacement options. I wanted to upgrade my doors to a solid construction with torsion springs in order to avoid structural failure. The installation went quickly and smoothly with Lucas's arrival on time. He was fantastic at setting up, installing, and answering all my questions. It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.
