The Appliance Hub gets an A++ for customer service starting with answering the phone through loading my new Fisher Paykel dishwasher into my SUV. Randy was helpful locating the dishwasher brand & model as well as fielding questions regarding the new dishwasher. Allison continued the excellent customer service during checkout. Wow. Had a great experience, from the point I called and identified a potential unit - Thermador range top. They are nice people to work with. They were very patient and accommodating through all the questions - sizing, pricing, specs, install estimates etc. Their price was 25% below retail. Great deal for an out of box new item. After I paid for the unit, we thought that the gas regulator was missing. Randy immediately offered to buy one and give it to me. Turns out we didn't need it because it is built into the unit. My pics show the unit on a pallet and then shows it after installation in my kitchen. Easy to work with. I would go there again for other appliance purchases. It's great to work with nice people!
