The location of this little INN is worth more than anything, you can literally walk across to Knott's front gate less than a block away. The rooms are standard and not anything to write home about but in dire need of repairs. My room had a lamp with no bulb and a broken door handle on the bathroom so that you couldn't get out of it unless you were tall enough to pull on the coat hook mounted to the back of the door. That part sucked for my 9 year old but we made it through. It wasn't a bad experience but I would probably just pay the extra 60 a night (at the time of this posting) to stay at the Knott's hotel, unless you really need to save the money.

Staff is very welcoming, and the location is very convenient. It’s located in a nice quiet area with no worries. There are several food places nearby. Thank God and Walmart is literally around the corner.

I loved it there because in the back it had a multiple decision of things if you want to barbecue and have different kinds of grills a gas grill and then the rest were like these little biscuit things charcoals it was really cool it's always clean nice neat quiet
