I've been dealing with Ron and Kelly for many years now and they always take care of me. I always bought from them when they were in Antioch at the old store Schwinn City, basically built my bike there. Their always happy to help and if they don't have an answer, they will point you in the right direction. They are always busy but if you can work with them, they will work with you. I had a custom wheel set built by Ron, he told me 1-2 months and I said that would be fine because I know they have a lot of bikes that need to be fixed, he had my wheel set done in 3 weeks. Thank you Ron and Kelly for the years of great service.

Great experience, fair and honest pricing, and excellent customer service! Ron and Kelly are wonderful people, and I'm very happy to have my bike repaired here. I dropped off my Trek that needed some work, and even though it was the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, they were able to get it repaired on time so I could get back to riding the trails.
A true local bike shop. I look forward to buying my next bike from them! Take my advice and learn from my prior mistakes - save your money and skip the department store junk and buy a quality bike that will last years.
