I bought a new house that had the garage door installed by The Door Company. There was a wire loose in the safety sensor causing the garage door not to close. I called The Door Company and they came out right away and fixed it. I got a bill in the mail for $75 for less than 5 minutes of work. I called and asked why this wasn't covered by the warranty. I was told they only cover parts from the manufacturer's warranty not labor. Also, prior to that they didn’t put the pin in the bolt that holds the garage door to the motor. The bolt fell out disconnecting the door to the motor, they are lucky it didn’t kill someone or damage a vehicle. On top of that made me go pick up the pin for the bolt. I don't see the motivation to do quality work the first time.

Technician was at my house in thirty minutes after contacting the company, done in another thirty. So easy and seemless it was ridiculous. Also more affordable than some of the other places I contacted. Garage door back up and running better than before.

These guys were great! Showed up early, got the work done quickly and efficiently and left no mess when they were done. The door looks great and has very quiet operation, and they charged me exactly what they quoted me. No surprises, and I'm a happy customer. Definitely recommend their service.
