I give 5 stars to the service and selection of The Floor Store. My sales rep, Alex Cruise, was very helpful, professional and courteous. He made the transaction a breeze from start to finish! The selection in the store was far better than I had seen elsewhere (and I did shop around). Their prices are much better than I expected. The installers were on time and did a beautiful job. By the way, I was referred to The Floor Store by my contractor friend who remodels luxury homes. I am in love with my floor and have recommended this company to all of my friends. 5 stars easily!

Had the best experience purchasing floors from my home. Alex at the Concord Store gave us one of the best customer service ever! He listen to what our needs were and he made some great suggestions. He answered all of our questions and got back to us in a timely manner. Thanks to him our flooring project is right on schedule. Thank you Alex!!!!

Sherri Delapp assisted me and my husband with the purchase of vinyl floor and carpeting recently. Sherri was extremely knowledgeable with both products and helped us to make our choices. Sherri made our purchasing experience very satisfying and she is super wonderful. We loved her customer service.
