Not very many associates that are welcoming. Seems like every employee wants to avoid questions from customers. It's actually a 1 star rating if I had to get personal but I feel there are some decent people there so the extra 2 stars are for the hard working individuals.

Got in and the service was great! Had two guys got what I needed great worker's!! They need a raise!!

The return policy is so wonky here. They will accept an old electrical plug that the lady in front of me had no receipt for but was most obviously used. But will not accept an aluminum stove pipe? With their tag on it? Make it make sense. Also,no matter how many people are in shift, you can never find anyone when you need them. That or they spend what seems like hours with one customer . Don't allow one person to monopolize your time. If they need a consultation ( which many clearly do) kindly ask the person to book an appt with you.
