Ordered a new Samsung stove from Home Depot. Had a delivery date on Friday Took the day off of work and the morning of delivery I received a notice it was back ordered. Lost a days pay I then called and cancelled the delivery and order that morning. No one from the Home Depot Store in lake Elsinore or the 3 rd party delivery or Samsung could stop the phone calls that it couldn’t be delivered that day. Now Saturday I get a call that they are delivering the stove today. WHAT??? The service is terrible and I won’t buy ANYTHING from them again. No one cared…they just kept passing the buck No one took responsibilities for this mess. I went to Lowe’s and had NOT ONE PROBLEM. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Home Depot…too bad they lost a customer for life. UPDATE: The store wanted me to respond they felt bad for the review I gave so they sent me a link that just takes me to their store page. Good job guys!!! AGAIN not a bit of sympathy for what happened. Oh by the way Lowe’s delivered on time and went out of their way to satisfy MY needs. Thank you very much LOWE’S

Ordered a gas blower in store because they don't keep them in stock anymore. I was told it would take a week to recieve it, and was never given a tracking number. Now after a week here I sit in limbo to when I'll recieve it. It's shameful that I have to pester employees to find out where my purchase is. I've never had this issue shopping with Lowes.
Lesson learned.

The best customer service. Better than any other Homedepot. Personnel always greet you, remember you, and the most important thing they really help. Sometimes, I go to the Perris one, I regret end not buying anything and going back to the Homedepot in Lake ELSINORE.
