Today is Tuesday the 28th of May and I just left the Home Depot store in Gilroy empty-handed all because the manager wouldn't do a price match from another Home Depot store she declined it rudely yesterday I came in looking for a water heater and I was told by one of the workers there in the plumbing department that they would do a price match if I found the same exact item it just couldn't be an online purchase or a website well I did find it from the same name stores in a different location however today I was told that they couldn't do a price match even though the day prior they had assured me that they would do that if I found it at a different store I don't know if I was lied to or if the person that gave me that information didn't know exactly what to tell me but just like any other big box store I would have thought that if you find the same item somewhere else and you ask for a price match that they will do it like a lot of other people I just recently purchased windows and a bunch of other different items for the type of work I do this time it really hit a little bit harder because this is not going to be a side job I was going to do or anything of that matter I was going to replace the water heater for my mother but I believe I'm going to have to go look for it at a different store where they may provide me with better customer service and not tell me something that isn't true as a manager Sabrina I think your answer should have been a little bit more understanding
