Have nothing buy good experiences at this location.
Most recently, my wife purchased a display firepit. The employees who helped her Angel U., David, and Jlessa (hope I got that right) went the extra mile to help load the firepit into her car. I hope these three are recognized by store leadership for helping as much as they did.
Honestly, a pretty crappy experience all around. I’ve gone there three times and never gotten help with wood, I spend about 20 minutes, trying to track down an associate to help me cut anything, when they do they’re either completely unprepared and don’t know how to operate the without someone else’s help, or they are just disgruntled to use it.
The wood is never stacked well, and it’s always a major pain to find a single decent piece. The paint is locked up, which is a pain in the butt, but I can see why they would need to with the homeless coming in and sniffing it all the time; but mentioning it just as an FYI for anyone who comes here.
