This is the Home Depot near my home. So I come to this Home Depot more than any other Home Depot.
The Home Depot here is the same as most of the Home Depot. The store has a regular layout. Everything is easy to find!
The employees are friendly if you can find them. They often get tied up by another customer or something else!
Some services you need the Home Depot employee to do could take a long time! For example, if you need a key making!
The parking lot is too crowded and trying to get in and out of the parking lot can be a challenge sometimes!
I recently visited the store and was disappointed by the lack of assistance in the power tool area. I asked three different employees for help, but each one told me it wasn’t their area and that they would call someone else. We waited for 30 minutes, during which time multiple employees walked by without offering any help. My husband had to ask for assistance again before someone finally came.
Despite the frustrating experience, I want to thank Kumar for eventually helping us and Lohgan for checking us out efficiently. Their professionalism was appreciated, but overall, the experience left much to be desired. I hope the store can improve the responsiveness of its staff in the future.
