Just wanted to give a shout out to Jack #21 back in the lumber area. I came in needing an odd piece of external trim to replace pieces the builder neglected to install. Searching several possible options, Jack led me to the one he felt best served my situation. He offered to cut the piece down to help fit inside my vehicle. It's now installed and looks great. It's not always easy to locate help at lumber yards, but Jack provided great assistance and will keep me coming back to HD for my needs.

Horrible and rude customer service. They ask if you need help and then immediately get annoyed if you say yes and proceed to ask your question. had one helpful person that gave us a great experience but other than that was very unhelpful and an overall bad experience.

I recently heard from a friend about a troubling experience at this store, where a veteran was denied their deserved discount. It's deeply disappointing to see a business fail to honor the sacrifices of our veterans. If a store refuses to provide a veteran discount, it certainly does not deserve any patronage. Furthermore, any manager who would deny such a discount is not fit for their role. Until this store makes changes, it deserves no business at all.
