So I don’t really like this location. I tried returning an item that I bought in some other state a few weeks prior. If you don’t have the receipt or find proof of it. You aren’t allowed to return the item here 👎 I don’t understand that at all. This store also has super high theft issues apparently. EVERYTHING you see is behind a cage and has to get a store associate to unlock the cage for you. Really dumb idea and it’s just going to frustrate people like me that have very little time to wait on an employee! That’s life though 🤷♂️🙄 they have just about everything I need though! I’ll give them that. Oh and go Milwaukee 🤘

Manager here is useless. Told me he wouldn't warranty my sprinkler head because "rain bird doesn't have a warranty on any irrigation." Took me 30 seconds to find it on Rain Birds website. It's either 3 years or 5 years warranty. Won't be back to this store.

Very challenging to get help via phone. Staff is helpful in store, however. They have a good variety of products and stock.
