We are in the north Puget Sound area (King County) and were in the market for a new manufactured home. Our project had tight timelines, but we didn't want to sacrifice quality. After not having any luck locally, we reached out to Shane at the Housing Mart. His knowledge and customer service was exemplary, and we were able to get everything set up and ordered. He was able to handle the various tweaks along the way and the final product has exceeded our expectations.
The service manager Brad was a pleasure to work with, and he ensured that we had everything prepared and literally made sure it was 100% to our satisfaction. The delivery was flawless, the setup quick and excellent, and all of the onsite work was impeccable. We were outside of their normal working area, but that never was an issue and it felt like working with a company next door.
We highly recommend The Housing Mart!! Shane, Brad, and the crews have been incredible!!
