I met the jenkins 4 years ago and I have them work on my family's vehicles whenever I need them repaired. They have always done an amazing job. Great family business that will treat you right.

I highly recommend this auto shop. I'm not from the area and my car broke down as I was passing through town, but luckily I was just a couple miles from their shop. I reached out to them via Facebook and was immediately contacted back by one of the mechanics, Aaron. If it wasn't for Aaron and his crew, I would have destroyed my engine and be stranded somewhere between here and Montana from taking the advise of some stranger that was a self-proclaimed mechanic who not only was looking to make a quick buck but was throwing out false information and a completely wrong diagnosis that could have destroyed my car and jeopardized my safety. Aaron was able to diagnose my car within minutes using a very high quality scanning tool and not only did he pinpoint the problem, he was able to catch multiple errors that were made by my dealerships service shop in Bozeman Montana. Aaron walked me through everything in great detail to help me understand the issue at hand and identify any future problems. He managed to get my car up and running within no time and I was back on the road headed back to Montana within the hour. I am beyond grateful for Aaron and his crew and highly recommend them. My only complaint is that they aren't located near me :)

Horrible. We ended up giving our truck away for free. The engine was a 454 and got replaced with a refurbished engine from Spokane. We live in Michigan. The timing was off on the engine rebuild and the starter was damaged because they dropped our transmission and dented our pan even (looked like a different transmission who removes a transmission or drops it to take an engine rebuild out?) Like I stated above after 3 trips out there from Michigan to Washington. Costing our family well over 20 thousand with the vehicles loss and stolen possesions along with new replacement engine. Also do not trust their storage ever do NOT put your stuff in their empty storage unit as they call it for holding onto broken down customers vehicles. They stole thousands of dollars worth of things from us as my wife was moving back to Michigan after being in Washington after living there 1 year. She's a honorably discharged 3x deployed combat vet with severe ptsd. We truly believe they are homophobic as they post horrible Facebook posts we found out after being robbed blind by them. If you are broken down pay to tow to Spoken stay out of Moses Lake. If you must only go to Martinez. They were the only ones honest they put my distributor back on when Jenkins assembled the engine he left a brand new just recently replaced distributor back on looking old like it was not the original we had. Old spark wires had to buy another new set although it was just done. I think he steals parts off vehicles and replaces him and his friends broken down parts with yours. I honestly do these folks are terrible. Stay away is the only advise I can offer you. Go to Spokane. That whole little town is connected and thrives off I believe victimizing it's customers or vulnerable people in desperate circumstances. They definitely are not Gay friendly (have posts to prove it)....
