I waited approximately an hour as he took other customers first, simply because I wanted to mail one package and UPS a second package that were simply a shirt each. I called when I was on my way and asked if I could bring my own postage, and he said yes, but it turned out no when I got there. I said fine, but an hour wait in that place, with no air-conditioning, and I could have just done all that at the post office, and at least, I would have gotten the job done by then. I finally left to go to another place to send my stuff. ant they were both sent in a total of 7 minutes. If you’re going to be keeping people waiting all day, and not wait on then in the order that they arrived, at the very least, don’t be rude.

I used to have a PO box there. They asked for a COPY my medical insurance card as a second form of identification. That's unusual at best and I do not think it's a stretch to say it's suspicious as well.
