Purchased a pair of boots wore them for 2 hours sitting at an office desk and the stitching from the zipper to the boot came undone. Returned them to exchange them for a new pair and was told that if it happened again they wouldn't exchange them as I was now aware it could be a defect in the boot. Seriously if you have a product that is defective remove it from the shelf don't make the customer pay.

Only dealt with inconveniences on my side got help when it was needed so I'd say check stores out for yourself and not completely base the store off its reviews lovely staff
