I have never been mistreated like this before, this old Asian man was really rude, and made me feel really bad when I was just trying to get something mailed, he kept making awkward comments that made me feel really dumb. In an state with a lots of immigrants like California the UPS Store supposed to have better treatment for people who has English as a second language.

Felt unwelcomed when doing an amazon return, manager seems to have a passive-agressive attitude towards customers. Will rather go to another location.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I Went in to return an Amazon package and got treated like I was a burden even though I’m paying them for their service. First I overheard them talking about how ridiculous and dumb Amazon returns and Amazon customers were to do when I was in line. When I got to the front I was laughed at and told everything I was doing was wrong and since my box wasn’t taped I had to pay for tape and to print the label and he suggested I go somewhere else. I've done amazon returns at other places and have never been treated like this. they always offer me to email them the label. I don’t mind paying for them to tape the package but being treated like I’m a burden when I simply wanted to return something and Amazon recommended this location as a “partner” is ridiculous. If you don’t want to do business with amazon customers then dont. Simple as that. I witnessed another lady get attitude over wanting an additional copy of something SHE WAS PAYING FOR. If I can avoid this UPS I will at any cost. They are un professional , rude and just don’t want to do anything they clearly advertise for.
