I recently had a disappointing encounter with UPS customer service, specifically with an assistant manager who exhibited extremely rude behavior. Not only was she loud and abrasive, but she also failed to listen to my concerns as a customer. Despite attempting to explain my issue calmly and clearly, she continuously talked over me and seemed disinterested in finding a solution. This experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. UPS needs to address their customer service training to ensure that all staff, especially those in managerial roles, prioritize listening to and respecting the concerns of customers. I will definitely boycott this specific store from now on with such arrogant people!!

The two employees were incredibly helpful! I had to fax a ton of documents and they were so patient and helped me for nearly 2hrs!

I love this location. Im always treated like a VIP . Im disabled so sometimes I need alot of Help the only Lady I seem to always see that alway’s goes out of her way to help me .. Ms . Leann is such an Angel .. Thank you so much UPS store for your Angel MS. leann 💯❤️💐
